ok kita start by Day 2: Mahu Kooroos
ok, semangat untuk kurus membuak2. even petang lepas balik kerja (On Monday) pun sempat aku buat exercise sikit. (sikit je tau,hahah).
So menu aku pada hari ni adalah:
- Quaker oats + Nescafe (7 am)
- Nasi goreng (11 am)
- Nasi putih segenggam + sayur dan ikan goreng (5pm)
- Nasi putih sesudu + sayur sesudu (9pm) ----- Huh, diet ke ni? macam haus jeeeee.
